It's time for you to prepare your poster to publicize your results!🔬😍

The Poster must be prepared clearly and precisely;

The size of the poster must be 0.80 m wide x 1.0 m high;

The language of the Poster must be the same as that used in the Summary sent for evaluation;

Presentations can be made in Portuguese even if the Abstract language was submitted in English or Spanish;

The text must include a brief introduction, objectives, materials and methodology, experimental results, conclusions and funders (if any);

Insert images to make viewing easier;

In the top left corner place a rectangular text box (without borders) with the following measurements and image:

• 6.5 cm wide x 6.5 cm high;
• official logo of the authors' institution (if you have more than 1 institution, place the logos next to each other);

In the top right corner place a rectangular text box (without borders) with the following measurements and image:

• 6.5 cm wide x 6.5 cm high;
• official logo of the 15th SLACAN.

Logo: You can find the official SLACAN logo here and it is mandatory to use.

Poster Template: You can find the poster template here and it is mandatory to follow the order of information according to the model.

We do not request posters to be sent via email;

The poster must be printed before the event;

We will provide a hook for hanging, as well as double-sided tape to fix the poster;

We will not print posters on site.

On the day of the presentation, the poster for the first session must be FIXED between 9am and 12:30pm and TAKEN OFF between 12:50pm and 1pm.

In the second session, the poster must be FIXED between 1:10 pm and 4:30 pm and REMOVED between 5:50 pm and 6:00 pm.

The presence of the author responsible for presenting the Poster during the period is mandatory.

The Judging Committee will evaluate the work during the Poster Session.

It is important to highlight that by sending your abstract for presentation at the event, you authorize the 15th SLACAN – Latin American Symposium on Food Science and Nutrition and the company Galoá to publish the work you authored, giving it free of charge and definitively, the copyright and use of your image in photos. You declare that the work transferred is your authorship and that you therefore assume full responsibility for its content. It also authorizes publication in any existing media and supports, including on the event website, on the Internet, as well as reproduction in other event publications, communication to the public, editing, republishing or adaptation and distribution”.
