It's time to prepare your poster to share your results! 🔬😍

- The poster must be prepared clearly and precisely;

- The poster size should be 0.80 m wide x 1.0 m high;

- The poster's language must be the same as that used in the abstract submitted for review;

- Presentations may be in Portuguese even if the poster's language is English or Spanish;

- The text must include the introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results, conclusions, acknowledgments, and references (if necessary);

- Insert images for easy viewing;

- We do not require poster submissions by email;

- The poster must be printed by the participant before the event;

- The poster material is at the participant's discretion;

- We will provide a hook for hanging, as well as double-sided tape for attaching the poster;

- We will not print posters on-site;

- The poster presentation author must be present during the presentation;

- The Judging Committee will evaluate the work during the Poster Session;

- Please present your research to the evaluator within 5 minutes, as the committee will evaluate multiple works during the session.

⏰ Posting and Removal Times

- On the day of the presentation, the poster for the first session must be POSTED between 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM and REMOVED between 11:10 AM and 12:10 PM;

- For the second session, the poster must be POSTED between 1:30 PM and 3:15 PM and REMOVED between 4:40 PM and 5:30 PM;

Posters will be indexed by thematic axis + alphabetical order of the presenter's name.

It's important to note that by submitting your abstract for presentation at the event, you authorize the 16th SLACAN – Latin American Symposium on Food Science and Nutrition and Galoá to publish your work, granting you, free of charge and permanently, the copyright and the right to use your image in photographs. You declare that the submitted work is your own and that you therefore assume full responsibility for its content. You further authorize its publication in any existing media and formats, including the event website and the Internet, as well as reproduction in other event publications, communication to the public, editing, reprinting or adaptation, and distribution.
